Working with People Avenue is designed to feel clear, structured, and supportive from day one. Here’s what you can expect:


Kickoff (Week 0–1)


We’ll align on your goals, success metrics, and project scope. You’ll meet your dedicated team, share access and assets, and set our communication cadence.


Ongoing Support (Weeks 1–4)


Your team begins delivering. We’ll establish reporting routines, track progress against your priorities, and keep feedback loops short so adjustments happen quickly.


Scale & Growth (Month 2 and beyond)


Once the foundation is strong, we ramp up capacity and optimize workflows. Together we’ll plan quarterly reviews, expand skills as needed, and drive continuous improvement.

Most of our day-to-day happens over Email, but if you’d rather talk things through, you can always book a time to chat with us.


Hours & SLA


We’re online 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST (US) and 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Australia). You’ll never be left hanging—every request or question is answered the same shift, and always within 24 hours max. If something’s urgent, we have a fast-track protocol to get it sorted quickly.

Dedicated time to celebrate and strengthen team bonds. If it ever overlaps with client meetings, we’ll give you advance notice and reschedule deliverables.

Billing & Admin


We keep billing simple, transparent, and predictable so you can focus on results, not paperwork.

How Billing Works




Model


Your billing model (Seat-Based, Agency, or Hourly) will follow the terms outlined in your Statement of Work (SOW).



Cycle


Invoices are issued monthly (or as agreed in your SOW) and delivered directly by Jamie via email.



Payment Methods


We accept bank transfers (preferred) and, where applicable, credit card payments.

Time Off & Holidays

We plan ahead so your work keeps moving, even when our team takes time to rest and recharge.

Holiday Calendar


We observe 12 non-working paid holidays each year, set at the start of the calendar year.

If any holiday could affect delivery, we’ll let you know 7–14 days in advance and adjust timelines to keep things on track.

Leave Policy


For planned leave, we’ll notify you in advance and make sure coverage is in place.

For sick or emergency leave, we’ll communicate promptly and assign a trained backup so your work is never left hanging.
