The Challenge
With a growing footprint across APAC, ER Associates needed a sharper, more globally aligned identity—fast. The original brand and website didn’t speak to their market or reflect the quality of work they were delivering as TalentBridge’s regional partner. With a major rollout ahead, time wasn’t on their side.

The Process
We moved fast. In just three weeks, we created a new visual identity and built a 20-page website from the ground up. The brand was developed to complement TalentBridge while standing strong in its own market. We partnered with leadership to craft messaging, refine positioning, and design a web experience that was clean, modern, and built to scale.
