TalentBridge is a national talent solutions firm specializing in Accounting & Finance, Engineering, IT, and Professional Services.
The Challenge
Mid 2024, TalentBridge brought us in for the biggest marketing push in their history. They were approaching their 40th anniversary and wanted to relaunch everything. New brand. New website. Internal tools, sales decks, social strategy, merch, a full campaign rollout. But it wasn’t just for TalentBridge. Their partner brand, TalentBridge Network, needed the same from scratch. Two distinct identities. Two websites. One shared deadline. Five months to deliver.
The Process
We assembled a powerhouse team built for speed and precision. Two full-time developers, a dedicated project manager, and our creative director led the charge, backed by a specialized crew of creatives and strategists.


While the full rebrand was underway, we didn’t leave the current brand behind. We launched a strategic refresh to sharpen its presence and maintain momentum. That continuity paid off. The brand gained over 50,000 new followers while the new identity was being built behind the scenes.
Every asset, for both brands, was crafted from the ground up and brought to life through tight collaboration with their leadership and nonstop execution across the board.
The Outcome
Everything launched on time. Both brands. Both sites. Every asset delivered, aligned, and live. The anniversary campaign included a custom video and a week-long celebration that reintroduced TalentBridge with clarity and confidence. Not just a company looking back, but one ready to lead what’s next.
This massive project was executed by a powerhouse team of eight marketers. Content was crafted and scheduled well ahead of time. Merchandise launched across teams, while sales and internal collateral were redesigned, rebranded, and rolled out seamlessly.
Since launch, the momentum has only accelerated. With a focused social strategy in place, we’ve added 100,000 new followers to their LinkedIn account, expanding their presence and solidifying their voice in the market.
